We have specialists in health and lifestyle fitness goals, including weight loss and corrective exercise specialists. If you are looking to achieve more of a sport performance goal our trainers include, black belt martial arts, junior football, semi pro hockey, competitive endurance athletes, power lifting and body building. We maintain high standard for our trainers ensuring they begin with a related post secondary degee and regularly develop their skills through related courses throughout the year.
