Peter began lifting weights after receiving his first set of dumbbells at the age of 10, and he has not looked back since. Being overweight as a youngster inspired Peter to learn about resistance training. It also helped him to overcome asthma and turn his life around.
In 1996, Peter began his career as a personal fitness trainer. He has since helped hundreds of people develop their own love for exercise and an appreciation for natural foods. He trains his clients using a holistic approach, which incorporates physical exercise, nutritional guidance, healing stretches and a dash of humour for the soul.
